will i be looked down upon if i transfer from boston university to university of massachusetts lowell?

i am a freshmen in bu and i am a dependent student and my mom(single parent) has Plasmacytoma and now i cant afford to go to bu. will i be looked down upon if i transfer schools from boston university to uml?

Not by me you won't. If you don't get an Oxbridge education then everything else is pretty well in the same category after that.

Anyone who judges you based on what you can and cannot afford is not worth your time. The UMass school system is wonderful. Don't worry about it.
